Mechanical Engineer Position # 121019 University of Maryland Facilities Management at the University of Maryland seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a background in facility HVAC operation and design to join the Engineering and Energy Department.
Under general supervision of the Engineering Services Group Assistant Director (AD), the mechanical engineer provides technical support to internal customers including, capital projects, Operations & Maintenance along with academic stakeholders.
The mechanical engineer will support the campus energy management program through evaluation of system operation, retro-commissioning and designing energy savings projects.
Additional support will include conducting facilities conditions assessments and developing the technical requirements for projects to upgrade existing infrastructure.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
