Project Analyst

Overview Ace Info Solutions, a Dovel company is currently seeking a Project Analyst to support our federal project, in College Park, MD Duties & Responsibilities Be stationed on site primarily at the NCWCP in College Park MD Assist the project manager in coordinating customer program planning, decision briefings, and progress assessment across multiple projects. Work with cross-functional operations-focused teams with diverse technical skill sets to support successful project documentation and communication to stakeholders. Develop Requests for Change (RFCs) and related documentation; coordinate all steps through the Change and Configuration Board (CCB). Work with network engineers and customer stakeholders to document and communicate project and milestone impacts; identifying and coordinating mitigation actions as appropriate. Capture risks, issues, action items, and dependencies; quantify impacts with customers and stakeholders; follow-through to resolution. Coordinate maintenance work, documenting and communicating status, prioritizing issue logs, and engaging points of contact as required. Maintain a central repository for project documentation and reporting. Develop templates, procedures, and guidelines for managing project information and deliverables. Take meeting notes with emphasis on capturing decisions and follow-up actions. Serve as backup to the Project Manager as needed. Requirements Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field Experience working in operations-focused environments Understanding of enterprise network infrastructure, configuration management, and project management Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional operations-focused teams Ability to effectively and confidently communicate - in writing, verbally, and presentations - complex topics and procedures with team members and all levels of customer stakeholders 6-8 years of experience in related field Excellent attention to details Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI Clearance U.S. Citizen or Green card is required for the position. Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience as a technical writer or network administrator Proficient in Google Suite Experience with project management life cycle waterfall and agile Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and propose multiple solutions Experience with change management.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
