The Director of Program responsibilities include managing programs, recruiting staff, interfacing with company partners, and identifying new programs.

Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of all programs Review and improve applied standards and practices Prepare and monitor program calendar Resolve issues to keep programs rolling Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for each program Establishes and oversees administrative procedures to meet objectives set by management.
Prepare reports on the programs' status or concerns Recruits, hire, supervise and coach team members (e.
g.
program supervisors or managers, program employees) Conducts new and existing employee check-ins and performance reviews Manages relations with current vendors or partner organizations Recommend improvements and present ideas for new programs Assist in identifying new programs and contracts Assists in reviews of proposals for new programs/projects and helps determine which projects will be pursued.
Plans and participates in meetings, discussion groups and other types of events to promote company visibility.

Proven experience as a director of programs or similar role Experience working with program budgets Knowledge of recruiting processes Experience working with time and project management software Strong organizational and leadership skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Time Management Critical thinking Judgment and decision making Strategic thinking Problem-solving aptitude Job
Qualifications Education:
Degree:
Bachelor's degree--BSc/BA in Business/Psychology or relevant field; Master's Degree preferred or someone with 5-8 years of experience.
