Responsibilities of the Account Representative:
Build rapport and collaborate with internal and external partners, peers, and employees.
Effectively meet performance expectations by building morale.
Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
Develop and implement negotiation strategies to maximize returns for customers.
Inform customers of current deals, product details, and sales promotions our clients offer within a retail setting.
Requirements of the Account Representative:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Must have a commitment to driving and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to learn and develop management skills.
Contribute to team development, engagement, and management.
Punctuality is required for all scheduled shifts, workshops, and meetings.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
