Required Qualifications and Skills:
Provides on-site Service Desk support staffing the service desk in support of the day-to-day operations and support of the applications.
Demonstrated experience providing end-user support for desktop and application software, Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems, Strong written and oral communication, Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Top Secret Clearance Salary:
$90K/Annum with Benefits Job Types:
