Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UAT Manager to lead our Credit Ops Change & Transformation Loan IQ UAT & Release Readiness team to ensure quality and success of our software solutions.
The Loan IQ application is in the middle of a multiyear transformation with several large initiatives fueling changes that generate complex testing needs.
A senior leader known for strong leadership, collaborative communication, and a commitment to achieving measurable results is required to support the following functions:
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of UAT specialists, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the UAT team.
UAT Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement UAT strategies, aligning them with overall project objectives.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of UAT into the software development life cycle.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, project teams, and senior leadership.
Act as a point of contact for escalations and issue resolution related to UAT.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Identify and address resource gaps, working with HR to ensure the team is appropriately staffed.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the UAT team adheres to established testing methodologies and best practices.
Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to maintain high standards of testing excellence.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor UAT progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
Analyze testing metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Development Teams:
Collaborate with development teams to understand the impact of code changes on UAT activities.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between UAT and development teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in leading UAT teams or managing testing activities in a complex software development environment.
Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and quality assurance principles.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to make strategic decisions and drive process improvements.
Certification in project management or testing methodologies is a plus.
