Title: CPIC Policy Analyst/Customer Support Specialist

Key Role:
Work with a high performing and dynamic team which develops an innovative IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and portfolio management solutions for the client agency. Develop customized CPIC and portfolio management artifacts, templates, guidance, training, and analytic tools to assist the agency CPIC office with understanding the condition of their IT portfolios and maturing their IT CPIC processes. Support the client in developing a portfolio hierarchy structure to help the client better understand and gain greater transparency into their IT portfolio. Attend weekly governance meetings with key technology stakeholders to gather data and provide status on IT investments, projects, and systems throughout their life cycle. Provide understanding and interpretation of OMB''s A-11 guidance as it relates to agencies annual and monthly federal IT budget submissions.
Basic
Qualifications:
-3 years of experience with supporting IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) or IT Portfolio Management (IT PfM) processes
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Project
-Knowledge of Federal CPIC policy and compliance
-Ability to work with on different teams and across organizations
-Ability to present and communicate analytical findings
-Ability to show proven research, data gathering, and quantitative analysis expertise
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting the Electronic Capital Planning and Investment Control (eCPIC) system a plus
-Experience with Visual Basic and Microsoft Excel programming a plus
-Possession of excellent customer management skills
