The Gift Acceptance Coordinator is responsible for managing gifts received from the Terrapin Club, Foundation accounts, and all fundraising initiatives within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Creating and submitting analytical reports of gifts received as well as analyzing gift trends, fundraising opportunities and prospect identification to guide increased gifting results; manage and maintain the donor database, provide staff with training and documentation in Paciolan, CRM (Customer Relations Management) and Advance software; coordinate annual scholarship fund mailings and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent years of experience. Minimum of five year's experience in gift processing and data system management in an athletic or similar environment. Experience with Paciolan, PacMail, Advance, Microsoft Word and Excel strongly preferred.
Additional Salary Information:
Commensurate with experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
