SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:
-Plan, lead and coordinate the digitization program and implementation of NARA digitization policy for L -On behalf of L program offices, serve as a liaison with Information Services, Innovation, and other offices as necessary to ensure program goals can be accomplished. -Provide first line supervision to L central office staff whose duties include website, information technology, and social media coordination across L. -Plan, direct, and coordinate L's multi-year IT plans and projects and lead L efforts to guide projects through NARA's IT Governance approval process. -Actively participate in the development and establishment of policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. To be qualified for this position at the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
-Experience leading a team, program, or project; AND one of the following:
-Working on digitization related activities, including demonstrating familiarity with NARA 1550, Digitization of Archival Materials and analyzing digitization policy for a work unit or developing digitization work plans for a team in accordance with that policy; OR -Leading teams in the accomplishment of digitization, IT, social media, website, or other endeavors that leveraged knowledge of program issues to recommend business solutions on technical projects; OR -Serving as a program office representative on a working group that analyzed information technology business functions In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
