Assistant Professor
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, invites applications for at least one tenure-track faculty position in computer engineering, especially analog and neuromorphic computing, embedded and IoT systems, resilient systems, and formal methods.
The tenure-track appointments are expected to be at the Assistant Professor level, although more senior candidates with outstanding records of research achievements may be considered.
Successful applicants will be expected to lead active, funded research programs, and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Collaborative efforts with colleagues in other disciplines to apply computer engineering to achieve substantial scientific and societal impact are encouraged.
