Business Manager, Energy & Engineering Position #101654 E&E-Utilities Facilities Management UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND Facilities Management's Department of Engineering & Energy is looking for a Business Manager to assist the Assistant Director of Fuels and Utilities, with the planning, developing and monitoring of the campus' annual utility budget of $70 million.
Position will also manage the processing of utility invoices; monitor and reconcile gas and electric purchases based on contract requirements and budget assumptions; and administer a utilities database that allows for the evaluation of monthly consumption data.
Must possess strong spreadsheet skills; writing skills and the ability to use a computer to process correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and database applications.
A strong background in computer analysis is essential.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
With a degree, a minimum of five years progressively responsible experience, required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
